Tether 擬全現金收購 Exor 所持尤文圖斯足球俱樂部的 65.4% 股份

ChainCatcher 消息，据官方公告，Tether 已向 Exor 提交了一份具有約束力的全現金收購要約，擬收購其在尤文圖斯足球俱樂部的全部股份，占已發行股本的 65.4%。交易完成需經 Exor 接受、簽署最終文件並獲得必要的監管批准。
交易完成後，Tether 計劃以相同的每股價格對剩餘股份發起公開要約收購，所有資金均來自自有資本，並承諾對俱樂部做出長期承諾。如果交易完成，Tether 準備投資 10 億歐元用於支持和發展尤文圖斯俱樂部。
據市場消息，知情人士透露，持有俱樂部控股權的 Agnelli 家族並不打算出售股份。
