ChainCatcher 消息，据官方消息，ETHZilla 官網公告顯示該公司以約 2,100 萬美元收購數字房貸平台 Zippy 15% 股權，並達成協議將製造房貸款作為鏈上 RWA 進行代幣化。
Zippy 專注於美國製造房市場，年融資規模達 140 億美元，此舉將擴大 ETHZilla 的 RWA 戰略版圖。未來 36 個月，Zippy 鏈上操作將專屬使用 Liquidity.io 等 ETHZilla 旗下平台，預計為機構投資者提供鏈上購債通道。
