ChainCatcher 消息，纳斯达克上市公司 mF International 宣布将每股 10 美元向合格机构投资者进行私募配售 5000 万股 A 类普通股及预付认股权证以募资 5 亿美元，所得资金将用于一般公司运营，还将购买 Bitcoin Cash 并建立相关数字资产财库。
本次融资交易预计在 12 月 1 日完成。
