ChainCatcher 消息，据 GlobeNewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市公司 Helius Medical Technologies 宣布已向特拉华州务卿提交了公司注册证书的修订，正式将公司名称从“Helius Medical Technologies, Inc.”更改为“Solana Company”，但该公司的 A 类普通股的股票代码 HSDT 将保持不变。
此外，其还与 Solana 基金会签署一份不具约束力的意向书，可以选择以折扣价从基金会购买一定数量的 SOL 代币。
