雲鋒金融旗下全資子公司完成 FOF 基金投資份額 RWA 代幣化

ChainCatcher 消息，雲鋒金融集團宣布，旗下區塊鏈技術團隊成功將其全資子公司投資的 FOF（基金中的基金）份額實物資產代幣化（Real-World Asset Tokenization, RWA），發行了雲鋒金融獨立完成的首個 RWA 項目，進一步推動傳統金融與區塊鏈技術的深度融合。
據悉，雲鋒金融集團旗下全資子公司投資的 FOF 基金主要專注於替代資產（直接或間接投資於涉足信用和房地產相關債務證券市場），將該基金的部分投資份額以代幣形式發行可提升透明度。
