波卡通过 1721 公投，正式启动 2 弹性扩展

ChainCatcher 消息，据波卡世界称，Polkadot（波卡）1721 号公投已通过，标志项目正式进入 2 阶段。
此次升级取消平行链插槽竞拍，启动弹性扩展，降低开发者准入门槛，并计划兼容 EVM 环境、提升流动性、削减高质押收益。DOT 年通胀率将于 2026 年降至 3.1%。Polkadot Hub 及相关流动性计划预计 2026 年启动。
