ChainCatcher 消息，链上分析师 ZachXBT 表示，THORChain 遭遇的约 120 万美元被盗资金可能来自用户 @jpthor，其私人钱包在数日前因假会议诈骗遭到盗用。ZachXBT 补充称，@jpthor 曾是从朝鲜黑客攻击与漏洞洗钱中获益的个人之一。
