Monex 提升对 3iQ 控制权至 97.8%，作价 4584 万加元

ChainCatcher 消息，据 BeInCrypto 与 Monex 集团公告，日本 Coincheck 母公司 Monex 追加收购加拿大加密资管商 3iQ Digital Holdings 的 20.6% 股权，交易对价 4584 万加元（约 3100 万美元），表决权比例升至约 97.8%。
据悉，3iQ 近一年管理规模同比增 39% 至 15.1 亿加元，年内已在多伦多交易所推出 Solana 质押 ETF 与 XRP ETF。
