ChainCatcher 消息，紐交所上市公司 Mega Matrix（MPU）已向美國 SEC 提交 Form F-3 貨架發行註冊，規模達 20 億美元。公司稱，註冊生效後將按需發行股票、債券、權證等，用於推進其 DAT 策略，核心為在二級市場系統性增持 Ethena 治理代幣 ENA，以獲取治理權，以及與 USDe 生態相關的潛在收益分配；該註冊尚未生效。
