ChainCatcher 消息，据官方公告，Verb Technology Company, Inc.（纳斯达克代码：VERB，将更名为 Ton Strategy Company）今日宣布，公司财库资产已超过 7.8 亿美元，其中包括 7.13 亿美元的 Toncoin（TON），以及 6,700 万美元现金。
此前，Verb Technology 于 8 月 8 日完成 5.58 亿美元的私募配售，参与投资者超过 110 家机构及加密原生投资者。公司将私募配售所得的大部分资金用于购入 TON，作为主要财库储备资产。目标是囤积超过 5% 的 TON 流通供应量。
