ChainCatcher 消息，据 PRNewswire 报道，纽交所上市公司 Cango Inc.（代码： CANG ）宣布以 1950 万美元现金收购美国佐治亚州一座 50 兆瓦比特币矿场，正式启动矿业垂直整合战略。该设施已托管 Cango 矿机，收购后将分配 30 兆瓦电力用于自营挖矿，剩余容量提供第三方托管服务。
CEO Peng Yu 表示，此次收购是公司向"矿业+能源"多元化转型的关键一步，未来计划拓展至高性能计算（ HPC ）领域。据悉， Cango 自 2024 年 11 月布局加密矿业，此次交易为其首笔矿场资产收购。
