上市公司 Bakkt 將收購 MarushoHotta，擬將其更名為 bitcoin.jp

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Businesswire 報導，美股上市公司 Bakkt Holdings（BKKT）宣布已與 RIZAP Group 達成股份購買協議，將收購日本上市公司 MarushoHotta（MHT），金額暫未披露。
此次收購將使 Bakkt 成為 MHT 的最大股東。此外 Bakkt 已買入域名"bitcoin.jp"，該域名經股東批准後將對 MHT 進行更名。
