数字银行 Revolut 考虑收购美国银行以获得牌照

ChainCatcher 消息，据《金融时报》报道，英国领先金融科技公司 Revolut 正考虑通过收购美国持牌银行加速进入当地市场。知情人士透露，此举将比独立申请牌照更快获得美国银行业务资质，特别是贷款业务许可。
目前拥有全球 6000 万客户的 Revolut，正在推进 10 亿美元融资计划以支持其国际扩张战略。该公司已在立陶宛和墨西哥获得银行牌照，并于上月完成对阿根廷银行 Cetelem 的收购。对于美国市场布局的具体方案，Revolut 官方表示不予置评。
