ChainCatcher 消息，据 Businesswire 報導，美股上市公司 Bakkt Holdings（BKKT）宣布將發行 A 類普通股股票以及可購買至多 746,373 股 A 類普通股股票的預付費認股權證，籌資總額預計約為 7500 萬美元。
Bakkt 打算將本次發售的淨收益用於根據其投資政策購買比特幣和其他數字資產、用作營運資金以及滿足一般企業用途。
