ChainCatcher 消息，据 NLNico 监测，欧洲上市公司 The Blockchain Group 计划通过两项增资交易筹集约 700 万美元资金，用于推进其比特币资产管理公司战略。
其中包括根据与 TOBAM 签署的"ATM 型"协议，以每股约 3.95 欧元发行约 110 万欧元股票；以及由 Adam Back 全额认购的约 500 万欧元定向增发，发行价为每股约 4.01 欧元。
