ChainCatcher 消息，Bakkt Holdings向美國證券交易委員會（SEC）提交了10億美元儲架發行申請，本次募資所得預計用於營運資金及一般公司用途，部分資金亦可能根據更新後的投資政策配置至比特幣或其他數字資產。
注：儲架發行是指證券發行實行註冊制的基礎上，發行人一次註冊，多次發行的機制。
