ChainCatcher 消息，EigenLayer 即将引入再分配（Redistribution）机制。AVS（主动验证服务）将能够重新利用被惩罚的资金，而不是将其销毁，从而为可验证服务（verifiable services）释放出全新的可能性。
这一"可选升级"将带来更具表达力的惩罚机制，并为所有参与者提供更优的激励结构。
