ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 報導，澳大利亞加密貨幣經紀商 Swyftx 宣布即將收購新西蘭加密貨幣交易所 Easy Crypto，具體收購金額暫未披露。
其首席執行官 Jason Titman 透露，這筆交易在特朗普當選之前就已在進行中，預計收購將在 3 月 31 日完成，之後 Swyftx 和 Easy Crypto 將繼續作為獨立平台運營，同時團隊正在計劃整合。
