Tokeny 致函 SEC 提建议：数字证券不应因技术形式改变监管

ChainCatcher 消息，据美国证券交易委员会披露的文件，金融机构链上操作系统提供商 Tokeny 近日致函 SEC 加密工作组，就数字证券监管提出建议。
该公司在信中提出四点主要建议：
- 相同资产采用相同规则，不因技术形式改变监管方式；
- 承认代币作为所有权凭证的合法地位；
- 避免对数字证券增加额外托管要求；
- 允许使用区块链作为结算层，不阻碍交易发现。
