加密交易所 BitMEX 因违反银行保密法被美国司法部罚款 1 亿美元

ChainCatcher 消息，据美国司法部南区发布的公告，加密货币交易所 BitMEX 因违反《银行保密法》（BSA）被罚款 1 亿美元。BitMEX 被指未能建立和执行反洗钱（AML）及客户身份识别（KYC）计划，故意规避美国法律以获取收益。
其创始人及高管此前已认罪，公司于 2024 年 7 月认罪，并于 2025 年 1 月 15 日被判罚款及两年缓刑。
