ChainCatcher 消息，Bluefin 基金会在 X 发文披露，已完成其原生代币 BLUE 的创世发行，这标志着迈向去中心化治理的重要一步。
BLUE代币总量 10 亿枚，初始流通量 1.50385 亿枚，其中 52% 用于生态增长（5 年解锁），28% 分配给战略参与者（3 年解锁，前 1 年锁定），20% 分配给核心贡献者（同样为 3 年解锁）。BLUE 持有者可参与协议治理，包括提案、投票和资源分配，推动费用结构调整、激励计划启动等。
