ChainCatcher 消息，上市比特幣礦企 BIT Mining 宣布已簽署最終協議收購埃塞俄比亞 51 兆瓦挖礦數據中心和 17,869 台比特幣礦機，總對價為 1,428 萬美元，包括現金支付 226.5 萬美元以及發行每股面值 0.00005 美元的 A 類普通股（合計價值 1,201.5 萬美元）。
