ChainCatcher 消息，紐約州最高法院法官文森特·迪諾洛夫裁定，Greenidge Generation 的比特幣挖礦設施將繼續運營，推翻了紐約州環境保護署（DEC）此前拒絕更新《Title V空氣許可證》的決定。法官指出，DEC 在最終決定中存在法律錯誤，且行為武斷反復。
Greenidge 表示，《氣候法案》並未授權 DEC 官員自行修改法律或決定工薪階層工作價值。截至第三季度，Greenidge 管理的算力容量達 3.1 EH/s，其中 1.3 EH/s 為自有算力，1.8 EH/s 來自托管算力，主要電力由其位於紐約德累斯頓的設施提供。
