ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，前 Celsius 首席执行官 Alex Mashinsky 要求传唤六名曾在该加密公司工作的证人为他作证，因为他可能面临超过 100 年的监禁。
Mashinsky 去年被捕，检察官指控他欺骗客户，并对 Celsius 的盈利能力作出误导。在他律师上周五提交的备忘录中，他请求纽约地方法院允许这些证人在他的刑事审判中作证，这些证人包括该加密贷款平台的首席财务官和首席营收官。律师表示，许多拟传唤的证人居住在美国境外。
Mashinsky 的律师在备忘录中声称，他并无意伤害任何人。
