DAO 提出了一项解决方案，Mango Markets 将向 SEC 财政部支付 22.3 万美元的罚款，销毁其持有的 MNGO 代币，并寻求从交易平台退市。
该提案旨在解决美国证券交易委员会的指控，同时避免诉讼，并且不承认或否认任何不当行为。 该提案已经达到法定人数，有 106,717,813 票，一致投票为"赞成"。
