ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bitcoin News 報導，礦企 Cleanspark 將以 1.55 億美元收購比特幣礦商 GRIID，並計劃在田納西州擴建超過 400 兆瓦。根據合併協議，CleanSpark 將通過全股票交易購買所有 GRIID 普通股，而 GRIID 股東將獲得 CleanSpark 股票。
