ChainCatcher 消息，比特币生态项目 ALEX 在社交平台表示，ALEX 持有者已收到不可转让的特殊投票代币"special-vote"，用户可用其对金库赠款计划（需要投票代币的 50% 参与）、重新开放 Pools（指未受之前安全事件影响的 Pools） 等提案投票。
ALEX 称"special-vote"的数量等于用户在 Stacks 区块 150610 时持有的 ALEX 代币数量，包括 LP 头寸、atALEX 和质押头寸以及在 B20 订单簿上持有的代币。
