ChainCatcher 消息，資產代幣化公司 Securitize 宣布聘請前 PayPal 數字資產法律負責人 Jerome Roche 擔任總法律顧問，為公司通過 Cantor Fitzgerald 旗下 SPAC 在納斯達克上市做準備。
該並購預計將賦予 Securitize 12.5 億美元估值，並以 SECZ 為代碼交易。Securitize 擬將自身股權代幣化，是 BlackRock 鏈上國債基金 BUIDL 的發行方。Roche 表示其職業重心正是 "合規監管與技術創新的交匯處"。
