In August, NFT sales increased by 4.32% month-on-month to approximately $600 million, with the Ethereum chain accounting for 47.76%

ChainCatcher news, data from CryptoSlam tracking 23 blockchains' NFT sales shows that in August 2025, the total NFT sales amounted to approximately $598.8 million, an increase of 4.32% from July's $574 million, setting the second highest sales figure of 2025, only behind January's $679 million.

Among these sales, NFT sales on the Ethereum chain accounted for 47.76%, approximately $286 million, ranking first. NFT sales on the BNB chain accounted for 11.67%, approximately $69.94 million, ranking second. Following are Polygon ($67.63 million), Bitcoin ($60.19 million), Solana ($31.28 million), and Immutable ($30.20 million).
