ChainCatcher 消息，香港立法会议员、稳定币条例草案法案委员会委员黄俊硕表示，监管机构应在完善审查程序后尽快完成稳定币发行人发牌，并公布持牌名单，让公众在法律保障下安全使用和投资。他强调，目前稳定币的实际应用场景仍在探索阶段，不应成为炒卖工具。
近期亦出现相关炒作及诈骗情况，呼吁当局加强数字资产的公众教育与宣传，提高投资者警觉性，避免受骗。
