ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 報導，Lightning Labs 首席執行官 Ryan Gentry 申請成立一家價值 2 億美元的特殊目的收購公司（SPAC），名為 Bitcoin Infrastructure Acquisition Corp，目標是收購數位金融基礎設施公司，董事會成員來自 DeFi Dev Corp 和 Nakamoto (Kindly)。
