ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，Lightning Labs 首席执行官 Ryan Gentry 申请成立一家价值 2 亿美元的特殊目的收购公司（SPAC），名为 Bitcoin Infrastructure Acquisition Corp，目标是收购数字金融基础设施公司，董事会成员来自 DeFi Dev Corp 和 Nakamoto (Kindly)。
