ChainCatcher 消息，据 PRNewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市公司 Sharps Technology 宣布普通股及合订认股权证私募发行已完成，此次配股募资交易的总收益超过 4 亿美元。此外，该公司表示行使所有认股权证则可额外募资 6 亿美元，这意味着其募资总规模将扩大至 10 亿美元，新资金支持其推出数字资产财库战略，该财库的主要持仓将是 Solana 区块链的原生数字资产 SOL。
