Metaplanet 拟募资超 8 亿美元 主要用于增持比特币

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Metaplanet 公告，该公司计划在海外市场发行不超过 5.55 亿股普通股，预计募集资金净额为 1303.34 亿日元（约合 8.87 亿美元）。
公告显示，本次募集资金中约 1238.18 亿日元将用于购买比特币，65.16 亿日元将用于比特币收益生成业务。
