ChainCatcher 消息，据金十報導，瑞銀表示，美聯儲主席鮑威爾在傑克遜霍爾的演講釋放出9月降息概率加大的信號，但缺乏中期政策框架指引。瑞銀指出，鮑威爾未對美聯儲獨立性作出更強有力辯護，未來被特朗普政治化的美聯儲可能導致通脹不確定性重燃、實際借貸成本增加1個百分點，以及對財政策和家庭儲蓄等產生連鎖反應。
