비트코인 투자사 나카모토와 합병한 헬스케어 및 데이터 업체 카인들리MD가 최대 50억달러(7조원) 유상증자(shelf offering)를 추진한다고 솔리드인텔이 전했다. 확보한 자금 중 일부는 BTC 매입에 투입될 수 있다. 앞서 카인들리MD는 나카모토와 합병을 추진하면서 5.4억 달러를 조달했으며, BTC 전략 투자를 강화한다고 밝힌 바 있다.
