ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bybit 发布公告称，PUMP 代币销售已结束，因超额认购正在审核分配结果。
由于意外的 API 延迟，本次发行出现超额认购，部分用户成功获得了代币分配，而其他用户则未能获得。对于提交了认购但资金仍处于冻结状态的用户，目前正在核实最终的分配结果。
未能获得分配的用户将全额退还资金，该情况系由于意外的 API 延迟所致。
