According to Jinshi reports, Russia's crude oil production fell for the second consecutive month in January, due to difficulties in oil sales caused by U.S. sanctions. Russia's average daily crude oil production last month was 9.28 million barrels, a decrease of 46,000 barrels per day compared to December, and nearly 300,000 barrels per day lower than the production allowed under the OPEC+ agreement. The amount of Russian crude oil stranded at sea has reached 143 million barrels, nearly doubling compared to a year ago.
