According to DL News, data analytics company Inveniam has announced the acquisition of the on-chain asset tokenization platform Swarm Markets, with the transaction amount undisclosed. Swarm Markets co-founder Philipp Pieper stated that this deal will provide scalable on-chain asset infrastructure for professional and institutional investors such as asset managers, private equity and credit institutions, custodians, and market makers.

Inveniam has already acquired decentralized cloud storage provider Stor in October this year. Coupled with Swarm Markets' years of compliance experience and Inveniam's successful on-chain integration of over $20 billion in private assets, the combination will bring transparency and liquidity innovation to the opaque private market.
