Rayls announced its tokenomics, with a fixed total supply of 10 billion RLS tokens. The distribution plan supports phased promotion from private networks to public chains and fully interconnected institutional settlements. The TGE will allocate 15% of the token supply, which is 1.5 billion tokens, with 22% for investors, 11% for early developers, 17% for the core team, and 35% for the foundation treasury and community distribution.

Rayls stated that it will not conduct over-the-counter buybacks, and every transaction on the network will trigger automatic destruction, with 50% of the fee revenue being immediately burned, while the other 50% will be used for the Rayls Foundation community incentive wallet to support validators, builders, and ecosystem development. Previously, it was reported that Rayls has been added to Coinbase's listing roadmap and plans to conduct the TGE on December 1.
