MegaETH raises the USDm limit to 1 billion USD

MegaETH announced that the $250 million cap was filled in 156 seconds. They decided to raise the cap to $1 billion so that users can obtain USDm on the first day.
The bridge will reopen at 11 AM Eastern Time. The purpose of this event is to distribute USDm to a more diverse group of users. This will not affect previous participants. All MegaETH contracts remain secure and have been audited by Zellic and Slowmist.
