The official stated that the next phase will enter the allocation and refund process: users who bid below $0.0999 will automatically receive a refund; users who bid exactly $0.0999 will enter the allocation review stage, which will last until November 5, when the final allocation results will be announced, and the refund process for users who were not allocated will begin.
