ChainCatcher news, according to the official announcement, the Stellar network has completed the testnet upgrade to Protocol 24, and the mainnet upgrade vote will take place on October 22, 2025, at 17:00 UTC. If the vote passes, the upgrade will take effect immediately.

Stellar officials urge all users running Stellar infrastructure (including Stellar Core, Horizon, RPC, or Galexie) to install the new version as soon as possible to ensure system compatibility.
