The TON Foundation emphasized that this action was not initiated by the foundation and did not receive the foundation's approval or endorsement. However, since the intern was responsible for managing the official TON X account and promoted on an account displaying the TON badge, this behavior caused confusion within the community and undermined trust.

The foundation stated that such behavior does not align with its values and the standards required for representatives of the TON Foundation, and therefore immediately terminated the intern's position. The foundation appreciates community members for raising concerns and bringing attention to the matter in a timely manner, and reiterates that the development of TON relies on accountability and transparency both internally and externally.
