ETHZilla reaches an $80 million OTC agreement with Cumberland DRW for stock buybacks

ChainCatcher news, according to official news, the Ethereum treasury company ETHZilla announced that it has reached an over-the-counter trading agreement with Cumberland to obtain up to $80 million in financing, with the net proceeds to be used for the company's stock buyback. Previously, ETHZilla had already repurchased 2.2 million shares of the company's stock at an average price of $2.5 per share.
