ChainCatcher news, Nasdaq-listed company CIMG Inc. (Nasdaq: IMG) announced a strategic partnership with Merlin Chain to launch a $55 million Bitcoin treasury.

The first batch of 500 BTC will be on-chain through Merlin Chain's Institutional HODL+ and will participate in earning interest. This is the industry's first on-chain Bitcoin treasury pilot driven by a publicly listed company, highlighting the accelerated process of Bitcoin financialization and providing a compliant, secure, and sustainable BTCfi pathway for enterprise-level treasuries.
