Swedish listed company Hilbert Group launches a strategic cryptocurrency financial plan with Bitcoin as the main reserve asset

ChainCatcher news, Swedish digital asset investment company Hilbert Group (NASDAQ: HILB B) announced the launch of a comprehensive cryptocurrency fund strategy with Bitcoin as the primary reserve asset, which has been unanimously approved by the board of directors. This strategy will be overseen by the finance committee led by Chief Information Officer Russell Thompson, aiming to meet the growing demand for crypto assets from institutional investors.

Hilbert stated that it is evaluating multiple financing proposals from institutional partners to enhance capital allocation and market access capabilities. Hilbert's CEO mentioned that the plan combines traditional equity investments with digital assets, which is expected to create significant value for shareholders.
