The APP code resource library still contains images from Shenzhen access control manufacturer Zhangteng Information, raising doubts about its authenticity. Netizens claim that the social platform's popularity is largely self-directed and performed by the project's small accounts, and the actual user participation is questionable.

Whistleblower AB Kuai.Dong stated that those who have previously certified with Humanity should be cautious. Behind Zhangteng Information is a Shanghai outsourcing company that specializes in a full set of identity recognition outsourcing.

In addition, whistleblower SCoin claimed that the project collects a large amount of users' palm print information, raising concerns about privacy and security, thus questioning the unclear use of its data. The project party has not yet made a formal response to this.
