SOL Strategies: Has submitted Form 40-F to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

ChainCatcher news, SOL Strategies announced that it has submitted Form 40-F to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which is an important step towards being listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol STKE.

Once the Form 40-F becomes effective and the Nasdaq listing application is approved, SOL Strategies expects its common stock to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker STKE, while continuing to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker HODL.
