Telegram founder: Telegram has reached a partnership with xAI and received $300 million in cash and equity from xAI

ChainCatcher news, Telegram founder Pavel Durov stated on social media that Telegram has reached a one-year cooperation agreement with xAI to distribute Grok to over one billion Telegram users and integrate it into the Telegram app.

Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and equity from xAI and will obtain 50% of the subscription revenue from xAI sold through Telegram.
